Double acting all metal resilient isolator produced of AISI 316 stainless. The progressive spring rate of the cushions yields an almost constant natural frequency over a wide load range. The elements are non creeping, has excellent resistance to oils, solvents, water, chemical agents and to extremes of temperature.

If required, it is possible to have the cushions produced in higher quality stainless steel or in other special metals.
Note
Radial loads are accepted up to 100 daN. Over that limit the centre pin short-circuit the isolator and acts as a mechanical stop.
Applications
Vibration isolation for all kind of heavy units, gas turbines, offshore accommodation modules etc. Protection from high dynamic forces (impacts) of punching machines, power presses, etc.
Very useful as “snubber” for suspended marine equipment such as auxiliary engines.
